Bazl earned his undergraduate business degree from Baruch College in 2017 and is currently an MBA candidate focused on business and social innovation at Babson College. He began his career conducting comprehensive valuation analyses of real estate projects as a Property Analyst for a private real estate group and separately for commercial clients as a licensed Real Estate Agent in New York City.
In 2018, Bazl completed a service term as a FEMA Corps Member, part of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps. In this position, he served as the Planning Specialist & Assistant Team Lead, where he developed trend reports of federal resources to inform planning operations intended to meet the needs of disaster survivors.
Having a sense of stewardship and a desire to give back, Bazl presently works in the nonprofit sector, evaluating the financial health of nonprofit organizations to drive grantmaking decisions. He additionally reviews the feasibility of prospective impact investment projects for non- and for-profit entities that generate both financial and social returns.
